Who are Eligible of a Pagibig Housing Loan?

All Active members with:

• At least 24 months contribution;

• Not more than 65 years old at the date of loan application, insurable and not more than 70 years old at the date of loan maturity;

• Has legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property;

• No Outstanding Pagibig Housing Loan;

• No Pagibig Housing loan foreclosed, cancelled, bought back, or voluntary surrendered

• If with existing Pagibig Multi Purpose Loan (MPL), payment should be updated upon Housing loan application
