Tripping Schedule

Now that you have a preview about our Project Las Palmas Subdivision, an affordable house and lot in Sta Maria Bulacan, we recommend that you visit the project so that you can really decide whether you want to buy a unit in that project. If you're working Abroad, you may designate your relative (s) to the site viewing for you.

Please be reminded to also prepare initial requirements such as 2 valid IDs, payslip and reservation fee of 5k or 10k.  This is to prepare yourself for the necessary reservation to get a particular unit, block and lot area. It is for the reason that getting unit is on a first come first serve basis.

• Tripping Vehicle schedule is from 9am to 11am
