For OFW:

Reservation requirements:

• Copy of passport
• Authorized Representative (the person who will be put in the SPA)
• 2 Valid IDs of authorized representative
• Reservation Fee
• Bare type - 5K
• Semi-complete type  - 7K
• Complete type - 10K

Other documents to complete within 30 days:

• Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if done thru Representative
• Job Contract/Employment Contract
• ID Picture 1 x1 (4pcs)
• Birth Certificate/Marriage Contract
• Proof of Billing
• Brgy Clearance
• PDC, Postdated Checks
• Membership Status Verification 
• Pagibig Signed Docs

**Las Palmas Subdivision, is an affordable house and lot in Sta Maria Bulacan.  The Project ranges from 600k+ to 800k+ only, with a monthly amortization of 4-5K only.
